Filmrunner is owned by Creative Edge Studios, Inc. located in Sterling, Virginia (near Washington D.C.). A select group of individuals within the company decided to create a way for filmmakers to network and distribute their films worldwide. We have extensive production experience, and are eager to nurture this web community and provide important resources as the website continues to grow.

Here you can find and order independent films on DVD. If you are a filmmaker, you can submit your own movies to become available on this website, and potentially through retail and consignment distribution channels.
Filmrunner is also a powerful resource for everyone in the film industry. Here you can network with Producers, Directors, Performing Talent, Music Recording Artists, Camera Operators, and any other related specialist.
Create a member profile! It's free and easy, and will allow you to immediately network with other filmmakers.
Actors, Actresses and Models can use their profiles to showacse their portfolio. Producers can use Filmrunner to announce casting calls, auditions, and feature premieres!
Musicians can submit their music and make it available for licensing. Producers can pay a license fee to use this music in their production.

How do I Get My Movie on Filmrunner?
1. Click on "Submit" and fill out the online form.
2. Print out the contract and mail it to us along with your movie.
3. We master your movie onto DVD (if it's not already), and package copies with artwork.
4. Your movie becomes available on the Filmrunner site, and possibly through various retail and consignment distribution channels!
5. Every month we pay you royalties based on sales from the previous month.
Why Filmrunner?
1. Distribution of your movie on Filmrunner is non-exclusive, which means that you can also sell your movie through other distribution channels in addition to using the Filmrunner distribution!
2. YOU determine the price range of your movie. Choose the lowest and highest price point and we will sell your movie at a price within that range best suited to help market your movie.
