| A dying mercenary decides to visit his parents for the last time before undertaking another dangerous mission. Along the way, he picks up a stripper who is on the run from her abusive boyfriend. Unknown to both, each has a "ghost" from the past who are tracking them, with the intent of murder. Complicating their situation is a kidnapping ring that both will become entangled in, and will further put them in jeopardy. |

The script comes first. Without a good script as a strong foundation, things will fall apart.
"Six" is my 4th script, which I decided to make into a movie after many years of frustration of seeing my first 3 scripts go nowhere. With a Panasonic AG-DVX100A 24p camcorder, and the help of dedicated actors, I was able to make my dream come true of making and completing my first feature. It was very hard work, but it was worth it. |
| "Six" was written, produced, directed, financed, and edited by Manuel B. Ramirez III. Pre-production to post production took 3 years, and cost about $8,000 (most of it equipment). The movie was shot in Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, and New Jersey. |
